These countries are seen as being the most progressive, inclusive and committed to social justice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>**U.S. News\u2019 Agility ranking is based on how well a country adapts and responds to obstacles. \u201cThese countries are seen as the most adaptable to change.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Where Canada ranked for 2023 \u2013 \u201cBest For\u201d Countries<\/h3>\n<p>Additionally, the 2023 Best Countries list ranks the top 20 countries that are considered to be the \u201cBest For\u201d different attributes and qualities.
